Growth · Generative engine optimization
Generative engine optimization, grounded in your business.
Help prospective customers find clear answers about your services in search and AI-assisted discovery. We improve the relevant pages, check technical access and review a defined sample of questions against a recorded baseline. The work supports customer understanding; mentions and enquiries are measured outcomes, not guaranteed deliverables.
How it works
A useful question, a supporting page, a possible citation.
Illustrative answer. The questions on the left are the kind we run every month; hover one to hold it.
- Q1Who builds Webflow sites for construction companies in Poland?

What you get
Your buyers’ questions, run through the major assistants, answers saved. Whether you are named, whether the facts are right, which competitor is quoted instead. The baseline.
Pages that answer relevant buyer questions with evidence, supported by internal links and appropriate structured data. Optional experiments are separated from established search requirements.
A defined sample of questions, recorded with dates and settings. The report compares mentions, accuracy and citations with the baseline, alongside available enquiry data and the limits of attribution.
What could go wrong
Said before you pay, not after
- A mention can disappear
Assistants change how they pick sources without notice. A page quoted in March can be skipped in April for reasons outside the site. A later sample may reveal the change; monitoring cannot prevent it or capture every answer.
- Nobody can promise to be cited
Appearance depends on systems outside our control and can vary between answers. We commit to the agreed work and transparent measurement, with no guaranteed citation.
- Writing for machines can hurt people
Pages stuffed for parsers can make the offer harder to read and evaluate. We write for the reader first and structure for the machine second, and we measure the enquiries, not only the mentions.
- Facts that do not exist cannot be published
If the price, the area or the scope is not written down anywhere, the assistant has nothing to quote. The audit ends with a list of facts your company has to decide.

Define the visibility problem you want to solve
Generative engine optimization describes work intended to make a business easier to understand and find in AI-assisted search and answers. It overlaps substantially with clear content, technical SEO and credible public information. The practical starting point is a buyer’s question: what are they trying to choose, which facts matter and where does the business already provide a useful answer?
Discovery questions
Discovery questions may ask for a type of supplier in a market or help understanding possible approaches. These require a clear description of the offer and its relevance. A website listing every imaginable service and location can be difficult to interpret even when all the terms appear on the page. We identify the areas in which the company has a real offer and supporting material.
Decision questions
Decision questions are often more specific: what an implementation includes, how two approaches differ or what affects cost. These are opportunities to publish practical explanations that also help a human reader become a qualified lead. The objective is useful visibility connected to your business, rather than being mentioned in as many unrelated answers as possible.
Separate established search requirements from experiments
Different assistants and search products use different systems, so one tactic should not be described as a universal rule. We label what is supported by provider documentation and what is being tested. This keeps the work understandable and prevents an experimental file or content format from being sold as a guaranteed route to recommendations.
The dependable foundation
Google states that the existing SEO fundamentals apply to AI Overviews and AI Mode. A page must be indexed and eligible for a search snippet to qualify as a supporting link; additional AI-specific files or special schema are not required. Useful work therefore includes accessible content, internal links, consistent business information and technical checks. Eligibility does not guarantee appearance.
Optional tests
An llms.txt file can be maintained as an optional summary of public resources, but it is not equivalent to robots.txt and is not a Google requirement. We would not prioritise it over correcting an unclear offer, an inaccessible page or inaccurate pricing. Any experiment should have a defined purpose, a modest scope and a way to record what actually happened.
Create pages that resolve a real buying question
Collect the question and evidence
Start with sales conversations, support questions, search queries and the information competitors leave unclear. Group closely related questions into a coherent page rather than creating a thin URL for every wording. Collect the facts needed to answer it: scope, examples, constraints, current prices or a worked decision. If the facts are missing, that is a research or business decision before it is a writing task.
Write the complete answer
Explain the answer in language the intended buyer can use. A comparison should say when each option fits; a cost page should identify the variables behind the estimate; a technical page should distinguish a supported feature from a possible custom integration. Use tables, steps and diagrams where they clarify relationships. Repeated generic introductions add length without strengthening the answer.
Make the next step relevant
Connect the material to an appropriate action and supporting evidence. A reader investigating automation may need a process audit, while someone comparing website platforms may need a scoped quote. Link relevant work and service pages naturally. The page should remain useful if no assistant ever quotes it, because its primary purpose is to help a prospective customer make progress.
Measure mentions without confusing them with demand
- A repeatable sample
- For a manual answer review, record the questions, language, date, product used and relevant settings. Save the answer and cited pages, including cases where the business is absent or described incorrectly. Results can vary across sessions and product changes. A small question set is a sample for comparison, not a census of every answer prospective customers receive.
- On-site behaviour
- Referral visits and search performance add another perspective. Track landing pages and completed actions within the available analytics and consent setup. Google includes traffic from its AI features in the overall Web performance reporting in Search Console, so that report should not be presented as a separate complete count of AI mentions. Some visits may also arrive without a clear referral source.
- Commercial follow-through
- Connect the available data to lead quality: was the enquiry relevant, did the person understand the offer and did the conversation progress? A mention without a link may have value that is difficult to attribute. Conversely, a visible citation may produce no business. We report those limits instead of turning a screenshot of one answer into proof of sustainable demand.
Strengthen credibility without manufacturing it
Claims can be checked
Use identifiable work, approved testimonials and accurate descriptions of what the business actually delivered. Explain whether a scenario is illustrative or based on a published project. A source link can help verify a platform fact, but it does not substantiate an invented performance claim about your own service. Evidence should support the specific statement next to it.
External references are legitimate
External mentions are useful when they arise from a genuine relationship or relevant contribution. A client may choose to credit a supplier or describe a real collaboration. Hidden links, invented reviews and mass-produced guest articles do not improve the underlying credibility of the business. We focus the site work on material another person could reasonably reference for its usefulness.
Information stays consistent
Maintain agreement between service pages, pricing, profiles and contact information. Record who owns updates when an offer changes. A detailed page can become misleading if its price or availability is left untouched. Periodic review should improve the substance, not merely change the displayed date to make an old article appear newly researched.
Start with a limited, reviewable programme
Choose a business question before a keyword list
Send your main services, priority markets, current website and examples of questions customers ask before contacting you. If Search Console or analytics data are available, they help identify existing visibility and gaps. We distinguish measured demand from a promising topic hypothesis and explain what additional evidence would change the priority.
The work is priced after reviewing the number of pages, technical issues and available source material. A proposal should name the audit, the pages to improve, any technical changes and the measurement period. Continuing monitoring needs an explicit scope. There is no credible fixed fee that can guarantee a place in every assistant’s answer.
A sensible first release improves a connected group of commercially relevant pages and establishes a baseline. Later work follows observed questions, content gaps and actual enquiries. This approach gives the business useful assets even while the search interfaces change, and keeps the programme accountable to customer understanding rather than a collection of speculative tricks.
Questions
Questions people ask about generative engine optimization
What does generative engine optimization include?
The scope can include a content and technical audit, clearer service explanations, relevant structured data and a repeatable review of selected questions. We connect the work to buyer decisions and existing SEO fundamentals. The proposal identifies the pages and monitoring period; it does not promise a recommendation from an assistant.
Which pages should we improve first?
Start with questions your prospective customers actually ask and pages that can support the answer with useful evidence. Costs, comparisons, scope and practical limitations are often relevant. Priority depends on your offer and available data, not a claim that one page format is always cited.
Do we need llms.txt or special AI markup?
Google does not require llms.txt, another AI text file or special schema for its AI search features. An optional public resource summary does not replace useful pages, indexing checks or appropriate structured data that matches visible content.
How do you measure AI visibility?
We record a defined sample of questions, settings, dates, answers and citations, and compare later samples. We also review available referral, search and enquiry data. Answers vary, so a manual sample is not a complete count of every mention or a guarantee of what another person sees.
Can you guarantee mentions or leads?
No. We can commit to a defined audit, implementation and measurement process. Search and assistant behaviour, competition and the commercial offer all affect the result. Reports distinguish observations from estimates and keep lead quality separate from mention counts.
How much does the work cost?
The price is agreed after reviewing the website, source material and number of pages. Technical changes, content work and ongoing monitoring are stated separately in the scope. The plan should leave you with useful customer-facing material even when individual search interfaces change.
