Where are you based?
In Wrocław, Poland. We work with clients across Poland, the EU and the United States, remotely, in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.
Who do you work with?
Owners of small and medium businesses: clinics, construction firms, estate agencies, restaurants, stores, manufacturers. You bring the business knowledge; we handle the technical work.
Do you invoice with VAT in the EU?
HeadPills is a registered business in Poland and issues invoices for its services. VAT treatment depends on your business location, tax status and the services supplied. We confirm it for your project.
Where do we start if we do not know what to automate?
With a short call. You describe how the work runs today, we name the two or three places where a system pays off first and give a fixed price for the first one.
Who owns the website and the code?
You do. Accounts, domain, code and design files are handed over at the end of the project, and the site keeps working without us.
How long does a project take?
From one month for a website, about a week for a one-page site built in code. The scope and the date are fixed in the quote for your project.
Is €500 the real starting price?
Yes. Every group starts at €500: one automated process, a one-page site built in code, a logo or a pack of five AI videos. Bigger projects are priced after one call.
