What you get
Theme designed for your products, not a marketplace look. Product pages that answer the buyer’s questions, clear delivery costs and conditions before the customer commits.
We verify the methods and carrier integrations your actual business can use, including account, country and product restrictions. Tax settings and supplied legal pages follow requirements approved for your business.
The agreed collections, promotions and content blocks are configured for your team to edit. Recovery emails need a supported workflow, approved content and applicable contact permissions.

Who this is for
Stores with a real product and a real buyer
Food, cosmetics, crafts: gift boxes for people, wholesale terms for shops, both from one store.
Hundreds of products with variants, stock that has to match the shelf, delivery that has to be cheap.
New drops, seasons and promotions every month. The store must let marketing move without a developer.
Currencies, delivery regions and tax requirements may differ by market. We check supported features and implement the configuration approved for the business.
Price
From €2 000. From a month.
Fixed in writing after a short call. Shopify’s own plan is billed by Shopify to you.
Start with the order you need to fulfil
An online store is ready when the business can accept and fulfil a real order, not merely display a collection of products. Before choosing a theme, trace one purchase from the product page to delivery and a possible return. Identify the business receiving payment, the stock location, the delivery area and the person handling exceptions. These decisions shape both the checkout and the work behind it.
The buyer’s decision
A buyer needs to understand what is being purchased, which option fits, when it can arrive and what the final cost includes. Product photography, dimensions, ingredients or compatibility information may be more persuasive than a large promotional banner. We organise the page around the questions that can prevent a confident purchase, using the evidence and specifications your business can supply.
The team’s workload
Your team needs an equally clear order record. A personalised product may require an engraving field; a refrigerated product may require restricted delivery days. These details should reach fulfilment in a reliable form. If staff must copy critical information from a separate message after every sale, the store has moved the manual work rather than solved it.
Choose the platform around the difficult requirement
Shopify is often considered for its hosted commerce environment and established order-management workflow. We still validate the actual requirements before recommending it. A familiar platform name does not answer whether your payment provider, subscription model, delivery integration or wholesale process works on the plan you intend to use.
Shopify as the operating base
It is a useful option when the catalogue and sales process fit the supported platform features and a manageable set of apps. We review app costs, the data each app handles and the effect on the storefront. Adding an app for every minor request can make a store harder to maintain, especially when several tools alter the same product page or checkout journey.
WooCommerce or custom logic
WooCommerce deserves comparison when the store is closely connected to WordPress or needs a different level of application control. Highly unusual pricing or ordering may call for a more specific technical design. We compare the entire operating arrangement, including maintenance and support, rather than treating either platform as a universal answer for every small business.
Prepare catalogue data that survives growth
- Products and variants
- Agree how products, variants and bundles are represented before uploading hundreds of rows. Sizes and colours need consistent names; identifiers should connect the store to stock and fulfilment systems. Distinguish a separate product from a selectable variant. Inconsistent data makes filtering and reporting difficult even when each individual product page looks acceptable.
- Collections and search
- Collections should reflect shopping decisions. Someone looking for a gift might browse by occasion or price, while a returning trade buyer may search by code. We test both paths and give sold-out or discontinued products a deliberate treatment. Removing a product without considering links and alternatives can send an interested visitor into a dead end.
- Content ownership
- Assign an owner to descriptions, images, prices and availability. An inventory connection may control stock while marketing controls the text. Imports need a rule for which fields they can overwrite. We also agree how new products are checked before publication so an incomplete draft does not quietly become an active item with the wrong price or missing delivery information.
Validate payments and delivery for your business
Confirm eligibility
Payment availability depends on the business location, category, account verification and provider. Shopify Payments is available only to eligible businesses in supported countries; other situations may require a third-party provider. We check the applicable requirements before promising a particular method. The country of your customer and the country of the business accepting payment are different inputs to that decision.
Map delivery rules
Delivery rules need realistic examples: a normal address, a remote area, an oversized item and an order containing products with different restrictions. State who supplies the rates and handles carrier accounts. Free-delivery thresholds, collection points and delivery estimates should remain consistent from the product page through checkout and confirmation messages.
Test the complete journey
Testing should cover a successful payment, a declined payment, an invalid address and the emails the customer receives. Provider test modes can help simulate transactions, but their coverage varies. Shopify warns against enabling payment test mode on a live trading store. We plan testing before launch and verify the live configuration separately, without accidentally sending test orders to fulfilment.
Measure where buying becomes difficult
A store can receive traffic and still make purchasing unnecessarily hard. We look at product views, add-to-cart activity, checkout progress and completed orders, subject to the analytics setup and consent choices. These stages help locate a problem. They do not identify its cause automatically: an abandoned basket could reflect delivery cost, uncertainty, a payment failure or a visitor who was only comparing options.
Qualitative checks complement the numbers. Ask someone unfamiliar with the business to find a product, explain the delivery terms and complete a test purchase on a phone. Review customer questions for missing information. Improve one identifiable friction point at a time so later changes can be compared with a meaningful baseline rather than an entirely different shop.
Revenue needs context
A higher order count is not necessarily a better outcome if margins fall, returns rise or fulfilment becomes unreliable. Agree which commercial measures matter to your business and who reviews them. The website should support profitable, manageable sales; it cannot compensate for an unavailable product or an offer buyers do not want.
Scope, handover and the first collection
A practical starting brief
Send a representative product spreadsheet, available photographs, target delivery countries, the business location and any existing payment or warehouse accounts. Add one example of an ordinary order and one difficult order. If you already sell elsewhere, explain what works and which manual tasks you want the new store to reduce.
Online store development starts at €2,000. The agreed scope defines the catalogue work, page templates, payment and delivery setup, integrations and staff handover. Platform subscriptions, paid apps and transaction charges are separate operating costs. Tax settings and legal text must reflect information approved for your business; a store template should not decide those obligations on its own.
At handover, your staff should be able to add a product, adjust a promotion, process an order and understand the next step when something fails. Accounts and billing should be controlled by your business. We document the parts requiring technical help and the routine tasks your team can handle, so the first new collection after launch is a manageable update.
Questions
Questions store owners ask
How much does a Shopify website cost?
From €2 000 for an online store: catalogue, product pages, cart, eligible payment and delivery methods configured for your business, editable promotions and collections, and the store account in your name. The price is fixed in writing after a short call; what moves it is the number of products to load, integrations with your warehouse or accounting, and custom logic such as wholesale prices. Shopify’s own monthly plan is billed by Shopify to you.
Shopify vs WooCommerce: which one do we need?
We compare payments, catalogue structure, fulfilment, custom logic and ongoing operation. Shopify provides a hosted commerce environment; WooCommerce can fit an existing WordPress operation or different control requirements. Apps, eligibility, maintenance and total cost are checked before recommending either.
What does store setup include, and can you add custom logic?
Setup: theme built to your brand, products and collections loaded, eligible payment and delivery methods, tax settings based on your approved requirements, emails, supplied legal text and mobile checks. Custom logic: wholesale prices for business buyers, gift sets, subscriptions, a quote request instead of a cart for some products, feeds to marketplaces. Custom parts are named in the quote so the price does not move.
Which payment methods work in Poland and Ukraine?
Available methods depend on the business location and category, provider eligibility, account verification and the chosen integration. We verify the required local methods and delivery connections for your store before including them in the quote. A customer country alone does not establish payment eligibility.
Who owns the store account?
You do. The Shopify account, the domain, the payment provider and the apps are registered to you, we work as staff on your store and are removed at handover unless you keep us on. Your products, orders and customer data stay with you.
How long does a store take?
From a month for a store with a ready product list; the date is fixed in your quote. The slowest part is usually the products: photos, descriptions, prices and variants. If you have them in a spreadsheet, we load them; if not, we help you get there first.
“They built the site for our perfume bar and absolutely nailed our mood. Every little detail was refined, and they always replied fast. Can recommend.”
“The site is great. It is easier to navigate and it answers a lot of the questions people have. I really like it.”
