Answers · one question, one page
Can a foreign company hire a Polish agency?
Yes. You sign a contract with and receive an invoice from a registered business in Wrocław, Poland. VAT treatment depends on the customer’s location, tax status and the services supplied. It is confirmed for the project. Payment by bank transfer in euro.
We work in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian, remotely, with clients in Poland, Ukraine, the EU and the United States. Prepared for your accountant to confirm the tax treatment on your side.
Who we are and where we are registered →Contract and invoice from Poland
The contract names the registered business, Head Pills Dmytro Barinov in Wrocław, the scope, the price, the dates and the ownership of the result. It is written in English unless you prefer Polish. The invoice comes from the same business, in euro, payable by bank transfer; the quote and the invoice show the same number.
A foreign company does not need a Polish entity, a Polish bank account or a representative to sign. Many of our clients are in Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Ukraine and the United States.
VAT for EU and non-EU companies
For a company in another EU country with a VAT number, the invoice is issued under the EU rules for business-to-business services: your VAT number is on the invoice and the tax is handled on your side under the reverse-charge mechanism. Services supplied to a business outside the EU are generally outside Polish VAT, but exceptions may apply.
Your accountant confirms the treatment in your country; this page is a plain summary, not tax advice. We send whatever your accountant needs: the invoice, the contract, the business registration details.
- EU company with a VAT number: reverse charge, your VAT number on the invoice
- Company outside the EU: tax treatment checked for the service supplied
- Payment by bank transfer in euro
- Registration details sent on request
Time zones and languages
We are in Central European time. For clients in the EU and Ukraine that is the same working day; for the United States we overlap in your morning and answer by email the rest of the day. Calls are scheduled in your time zone.
We work in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian. Sites and systems are delivered in whatever languages your customers use; several of our published projects run in three or four.
How the work runs remotely
A short call, a fixed price on one page, a contract, a deposit, then stages you approve one by one, with the site or the system in an account in your name from the start. Handover includes the files, the accounts and a walkthrough. Nothing requires a meeting in Poland, although you are welcome.

When this answer needs a closer look
If your company is in a country with currency controls or restrictions on foreign payments, or if you need the invoice in a currency other than euro, ask before signing; we can usually accommodate, but not always. We do not accept payments from persons or banks in Russia or Belarus. Tax treatment on your side is for your accountant to confirm.
