The calculator

Six questions, one range

The left number is the floor of the step you chose. The right number is that floor plus every extra you ticked, one ladder step each.

01 · What kind of site
02 · How many pages

A store counts product templates and content pages, not every single product.

03 · How many languages

Each language is its own set of pages, so it is priced as its own job.

04 · What has to be connected

Tick nothing if the site only has to send a form to your inbox.

05 · Brand

How this is calculated

Two sources, no hidden rate

There is no hourly rate inside this tool. It adds published starting prices, and every addition is one step of €500, which is the floor of the whole ladder.

  1. The floor comes from the price ladder

Launch site in code from €500, custom website from €1 000, online store from €2 000. A site plus a system is the custom website floor plus the floor of a system of several processes, from €1 500. All four are on the pricing page and none of them can be undercut here.

  2. The additions come from what changes a quote

Pages, languages, systems that have to be connected, a brand that does not exist yet and content that still has to be made. That list is not ours alone: it is the one in the guide how much does a website cost, section “what makes a quote go up”.

  3. Each addition is one ladder step

€500 per step: one block of extra pages, one extra language, one connected system, a logo, or content made with us. Steps are added, never averaged, so you can check the arithmetic in the list on the right.

  4. What the tool does not know

Your existing site, the state of your data, how many people approve a page, the deadline, and whether the systems you use have a ready connector. Those move a real quote and only come out on a call.

Questions

About this calculator

How accurate is this website cost calculator?

It is accurate about the floor and honest about the rest. The left number is the starting price of the step you picked, taken from our price ladder, and the right number adds one ladder step of €500 for each thing you ticked. The real figure lands inside or above that range once we know your pages, your systems and your content, and it is fixed in writing before any work starts.

What is not in the estimate?

Anything billed by somebody else: the domain, the platform plan or hosting, paid plugins, fonts and stock licences, photo shoots, translation and ad budgets. Those go on your own accounts and we name the expected ones in the quote. Pages, languages or processes added after handover are new work, priced on the same ladder.

Why does every extra move the price by €500?

Because €500 is the floor of our whole ladder: one page built in code, one logo, one automated process. Using one step for each extra keeps the arithmetic visible instead of hiding a made-up hourly rate inside a round number.

How do I turn this into a fixed price?

Send us what you picked here plus two or three sentences about the business. We reply with the step of the ladder, the list of what is inside, and one price on one page. The call and the quote cost nothing, and the price does not move during the work unless you add to the scope.

Turn the range into one fixed price.

Tell us what the site has to do. We reply with the step of the ladder, what is inside it, and one price on one page.
