The challenge
The client came to us with a building permit from a Polish developer and almost nothing else — just the idea of the homes they wanted to build. There were no visuals, no brand and no way for a buyer to picture or reserve a home that didn’t physically exist yet. To sell off-plan, buyers needed to see it, trust it, and be able to act.
What we did
- Visualized the entire development with AI-generated graphics, so buyers could see exactly how the homes and surroundings would look before a single wall was built.
- Packaged everything into a clean, sales-focused website designed around one goal — reserving a home.
- Built an interactive availability map: every house plotted, with live status — sold, reserved, available, coming next — so buyers and the sales team can track the whole development at a glance, by house name.
- Designed specifically for the local Polish buyers in the development’s area, with messaging and UX tuned to how they decide.
The outcome
A development that existed only as a permit and an idea now sells off-plan. Buyers can see exactly what they’re buying, trust it, and reserve a home in a few clicks — while the team tracks availability house by house, in real time.
